I also have over 500 hours of professional coaching experience, partnering with leaders and professionals across diverse industries.

Having worked in complex corporate environments, I understand the challenges leaders face in navigating change, aligning diverse stakeholders, and achieving sustainable results. My coaching approach is solution-focused and awareness-driven, helping leaders deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership presence, enhance accountability, and approach challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and ownership.

As a Coach Educator and Author, I create practical coaching books grounded in real coaching experience and real-world scenarios. I write under the name Lek Napapan, creating resources for coaches preparing for ICF credentialing and for leaders who want to develop practical coaching skills and bring coaching into their leadership practice.
