I am also the Founder of Inspire Coaching, where I support professional coaches and leaders in developing practical coaching skills, strengthening leadership capability, and creating meaningful impact.

As an author, I write under the name Lek Napapan, creating practical resources for professional coaches preparing for ICF credentials and for coaches who want to deepen their coaching practice. My books include Foundations of Coaching: Essential Questions for ICF ACC Preparation and Becoming the Professional Coach Within.

With more than 16 years of experience in digital transformation across the banking and telecommunications industries, I bring a practical business perspective to coaching and leadership development. My previous experience includes product management, digital transformation, IT project and service management, and leading complex initiatives across organizations.

I also bring more than 500 hours of professional coaching experience and over 5 years of experience in HR consulting, leadership development, talent management, and organizational growth.

I believe effective coaching is more than knowing coaching models or asking powerful questions. It is about developing the mindset, presence, self-awareness, and practical skills to help people think more clearly, take ownership, and create meaningful change.

As an ICF Mentor Coach and ICF Approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider, I also support coaches in developing their coaching mastery, strengthening their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, earning continuing education credits, and progressing on their professional coaching journey.
