I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 16 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the banking and telecommunications industries, complemented by more than 5 years of HR consulting experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational growth. I also bring over 500 hours of professional coaching experience, partnering with leaders across diverse industries.

Having worked within complex corporate environments, I understand the challenges leaders face in navigating organizational change, managing diverse stakeholders, and achieving sustainable business results. My coaching helps leaders deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership presence, enhance accountability, and cultivate solution-focused thinking to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
